How we make our burgers:
Every ¼ pound burger we make is from fresh ground beef mix of 80/20 (meat to fat). Each hand-formed patty is seasoned with Grill Your Ass Off’s Ma Deuce Seasoning and then cooked to perfection on the Instant Burger ®.
“Instant Burger, what the HELL is THAT?!”
Welllll, Becky with the good hair, it is one of the most impressive machines we’ve seen in a quick service commercial kitchen or food truck! Instant Burger utilizes Direct Energy Transfer, which means that the cooking process takes place inside of the meat, rather than penetrating from the outside, the way we are used to. This means you can get your grub on as fast as that kid that would sprint during the warm up in gym class! We can fully cook your burger in one minute!

Yes. You read that right. Burgers cooked almost instantly and to the same perfect JUICY temperature each time!
Each burger is placed on a deliciously toasty brioche roll and meticulously dressed with our quality cheeses, toppings, and sauces. We make ‘em sloppy…as sloppy as Chris Farley’s “sloppy joes, slop, sloppy joes”!!! We will say this, They TASTE so good they will make you wanna smack yo momma!
We are a small operation, so no substitutions or modification will be made.
We offer a variety of tasty sides for your snacking needs! All of our “fried” items are cooked in the Perfect Fryer, an amazing commercial air fryer! Not that thing on your counter that you tried and now is in the garage. We like the idea of our food being a relatively healthy alternative (she made me say that) so we do not cook in grease and we hope you enjoy! If not, drink a little more and you will not notice any difference, haha!
